Your Property Inspection Report will be generated using our exclusive software. A preliminary copy will be emailed the same day. A bound hard copy will be prepared and sent to you the following day. Your report will be 32-40 pages, will cover over 400 areas of your home, and will contain photos of the important aspects of the inspection. It will also include information pages on how to care for and properly maintain your investment.
You are invited to follow the inspector for a step by step analysis of your home. The Inspector will point out the main systems of your home and give you insight into their operation and normal home owner maintenance.
